Pork-veal siomai with soy-calamansi sauce (6 pieces)


  • One of our iconic snacks: steamed dumplings (25 g) with pork and veal. Little taste bombs that you can enjoy best with our special soy sauce and – for those who want it – with our spicy chili garlic sauce.

  • Minced pork and veal, eggs, shiitake, spring onion, red chili peppers, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, calamansi, dumpling dough

    Allergens: egg, gluten, sesame, soy

    Disclaimer about allergens: Please note that in our kitchen we work with celery, gluten containing grains, mustard, egg, milk, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soy and sulfites. Occasionally our ingredients can slightly change, due to shortages in the shops for example. If you have specific questions about allergens or just want to be 100% sure, don’t hesitate to contact us.
  • In the microwave (recommended):
    1. Remove the foil and remove the jar of sauce from the packaging.
    2. Cover the packaging with something microwave-resistant (e.g. foil or a microwave lid).
    3. Heat 2 to 4 minutes (600-800W). The timing may vary depending on your microwave.

    In the oven:
    1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
    2. Remove the foil and take the sauce out of the packaging.
    3. Cover with something ovenproof (e.g. aluminum foil) or place in a closed oven dish.
    4. Heat the siomai for 12 to 18 minutes. The timing may vary depending on your oven.
