Caldereta (beef stew in tomato sauce) with fried rice


  • Those who like ‘stoofvlees’ and goulash will also love this dish. We make our caldereta with slowly braised beef stew in tomato sauce and we serve it with either croquettes or fried rice (you can find both options in our menu) and with a salad on the side.

  • Yellow onion, carrots, paprika, garlic, mixed herbs, tomato sauce, chili, milk, lemon, fish sauce, rice, mixed vegetables

    Allergens: fish, milk, gluten. May contain traces of nuts and peanuts.

    Disclaimer about allergens: Please note that in our kitchen we work with celery, gluten containing grains, mustard, egg, milk, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soy and sulfites. Occasionally our ingredients can slightly change, due to shortages in the shops for example. If you have specific questions about allergens or just want to be 100% sure, don’t hesitate to contact us.
  • With fried rice (in the microwave):
    1. Partially open the foil and remove the salad. Cover back with the foil. Now that it is partially open, steam can escape.
    2. Heat for 2 to 4 minutes (600-800W). Timing may vary depending on your microwave oven.
